How do I invite family members?
Go to Settings → Family, then tap “Invite” to generate a shareable invite link. Anyone who opens it can join your family.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your family gets a free 3-month trial (6 months if you signed up via a referral link), no credit card required. After it ends, you can subscribe to Snug Plus or Snug Max to keep full access. If you don’t subscribe, your data stays safe and viewable, but you won’t be able to add or edit anything until you subscribe.
Can I use Snug without sharing it with family?
Yes. Snug works great as a personal planner on its own, family sharing is optional.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing to manage your plan at any time.
