Version 1.6 is here!

The focus this time is sharing and privacy. You can now keep individual pages private or share them with your family, projects respect who’s actually a member, and the referral program is easier to use and more rewarding. On top of that, mobile navigation feels better and the AI assistant got noticeably sharper.

Key Features

Private and shared pages
Pages now work like Files: each page can be private to you or shared with your family. Set visibility right from the page, and it cascades to child pages. A small lock icon in the page tree shows at a glance what’s private. All your existing pages stay shared, exactly as they were.

Project access by membership
Projects and their tasks are now tied to membership. You only see the projects you’re a part of, which keeps everyone’s board focused on the work that’s actually theirs. If you remove yourself from a project, you’re taken straight back to a place that makes sense.

Reworked referral program
Referrals are now per member, each with your own personal referral handle, and they live on a brand new dedicated Referrals page. Anyone who signs up through your link gets an extended 6-month free trial, so there’s even more reason to share Snug with friends and family.

Smoother mobile navigation
Tab bars now swipe-scroll on mobile instead of relying on little arrow buttons. Getting between tabs feels natural and quick on a phone.

Smarter home shortcuts
Pinned shortcuts on your home screen now open in the same tab by default, with an “Open in new tab” option when you want it.

Fixes and Improvements

• AI assistant: A wide range of improvements and fixes make the assistant more reliable at creating and updating tasks, appointments, reminders, recipes, shopping items, and more.
• Kanban: “Move to” options are now disabled when a task can’t actually move that way, so you won’t hit dead ends.
• Editor links: Links now insert cleanly on an empty line, and clicking in the body no longer navigates away unexpectedly.
• Invites: Invite links now open correctly on Android when the app is already running, and invited family members get their referral handle set properly.
• Calendar: Touch gestures are no longer active on desktop in the schedule.
• Account: Clearer wording when transferring or deleting families during account deletion.
